Three main techniques are used by Dr. Majer:

Thompson Drop. This table-assisted adjusting is effective and easy on you.
Palmer Upper Cervical. This technique addresses the atlas area of the spine.
Activator Methods®. A handheld tool gives a light force for a controlled adjustment.

Before we begin your adjustment, we’ll put you on the table and talk you through everything we’ll do. Nothing will harm you or cause pain. You’ll understand which areas we’re going to adjust and what the effects will be in the rest of your body from these particular adjustments.
